• All items should be treated with the same care as a glass or ceramic piece. They are delicate and may break if dropped or held with any significant weight.

• None of these items are dishwasher safe.

• None of these items are flame or heat safe. Do not use them as ashtrays.

• All items except those noted below should only use a damp soft cloth to wipe.

• Do not scrub, use scratchy sponges, or any sharp objects like knives on the glossy resin.

• Keep white clay items out of direct sunlight or they may yellow over time.

• The butter dish is coated with a food safe resin. Only use soft cloth, warm water and mild soaps to wipe clean. Sponge pads may leave scratches in the resin.

• Ceramic oyster plates are not dishwasher safe although they are more durable than the other air dry clay pieces. Only use soft cloth, warm water and mild soaps to hand wash only. This does not apply to the Oyster shell catchall dishes which should only be wiped with a dry cloth.
